Dear Guest,
Welcome to The Carnival Villa, Lonavala!
To ensure a safe,
comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all, we request you to carefully review the
following house rules and guest agreement. By
confirming your reservation, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
- Safety & Security
- All guests must comply with the villa's safety and security policies
- Any damage caused to the property during your stay will be the responsibility of the guest(s), and repair costs must be borne accordingly
- Personal Belongings
- Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings
- The management and staff are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items
- Alcohol, Drugs & Illegal Substances
- Alcohol consumption is permitted at your own risk. We do not encourage or take responsibility for alcohol use on the premises
- Strictly no drugs or illegal substances are allowed
- Guests are fully responsible for their own safety, well-being, and legal compliance
- Right to Intervene
- The management reserves the right to intervene if any guest is found engaging in inappropriate, suspicious, or unlawful activities during their stay
- Modification or Cancellation of Stay
- The villa reserves the right to cancel or modify any guest's stay due to misconduct, illegal activity, or breach of house rules
- Guest Agreement
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking
- The remaining balance, along with any security and pet deposits (if any), must be paid at the time of check-in
- Refundable policies as mentioned during the booking
- The standard occupancy is up to 10 guests. Additional charges apply for extra persons beyond 10 pax
- Children's Policy:
- Kids below 6 years: No charge
- Ages 7-11 years: 50% of applicable rate
- ~12 years and above: Full charge
- 7. House Rules
- Power backup: In the event of a power outage, backup is available for lights, fans, and charging points only (up to 3 hours). Heavy appliances will not function
- Pool & Jacuzzi Timings: Open daily until 9:00 PM only, in line with government guidelines
- Music Volume: Keep music at a low volume after 10:00 PM and restricted to indoor areas only
- Pets:
- Pets are allowed with prior notice
- A pet deposit of ₹2,000 per pet per day applies (maximum 2 pets allowed)
- Pets are strictly not permitted in the pool, bathtub, or jacuzzi
- Rainy Season Advisory: Guests staying during heavy rainfall are expected to be prepared for power failures, slower services, or emergency cancellations due to weather
- Wildlife & Insects: Given the natural and hilly surroundings, guests may encounter insects, mosquitoes, small bugs, rodents, or reptiles. Please keep doors and windows closed, especially in the evenings
- Cleanliness & Hygiene: Guests must maintain cleanliness during their stay. Dispose of trash responsibly and respect the property
- Taxes: Applicable taxes, if any, will be clearly stated in your tariff plan
- 8. Refund & Rescheduling Policy
- No refunds or reimbursements will be issued under any circumstances, including weather-related issues or guest-initiated cancellations
- No date rescheduling is permitted once a booking is confirmed
- 9. Breach of Rules
- Any losses, damages, or liabilities resulting from a breach of house rules or misconduct will be borne entirely by the guest(s) responsible

Cancellation Policy +
- You can reschedule your booking only if you cancel earlier or equal to one week prior to date of arrival, no refund policy. Please find below the points on how you can use your credit for future bookings;
- Your credit will be valid for 06 months from the date of cancellation.
- Your credit amount will be settled according to the ongoing booking tariff ie. the tariff plans change from time to time.
- Once you re-book and cancel for the second time the amount will neither be refunded nor will it be carried forward.
- Once the credit period of 06 months is lapsed there will be no further extensions ie. you will have to book afresh if you wish to do so.
- You can book your stay within the credit period of 06 months as per the slots available at the Carnival Villa, Lonavala
- You can transfer your credit to any of the friends/ family you wish to (credit period will remain the same and also the credit amount will be settled according to the ongoing tariff plans).
- In order to avoid unavailability of preferable dates, a booking to placed and confirmed two-three weeks prior is suggested.
- In case of unavailability of preferable dates/ a conclusion/ lapse of credit period there will be no refund or extension initiated.
- The Carnival Villa, Lonavala has the rights to alter, modify, extend and/or cancel the policies of the Villa.
- In case of any misleading/ adulterated activities observed, the Carnival Villa, Lonavala holds all the rights to alter, modify, extend and/ or cancel the policies of the Villa.
